Comfort Club members pay zero after-hours surcharge, ever. For non-members, our emergency rate is a flat add-on we quote up front before any work begins — no surprise line items on the invoice.
Are you locally owned?
Yes. Accelerated Air is locally owned and operated — not a franchise, not a national chain. The owner answers the phone, and the tech who shows up is the same one you'll see next time.
My AC is 12 years old. Repair or replace?
Honest answer: it depends on the failure. If it's a capacitor or contactor, repair. If it's the compressor or evaporator coil on an R-22 system, replacement usually pays for itself in 3–5 years on the energy bill alone. We'll show you both numbers and let you decide.
What brands do you install?
We're authorized installers for Goodman, Hisense, Trane, and Carrier — factory-certified on all four. We don't push one brand; we match the system to your house, your ductwork, and your budget.
What if my system isn't a brand you install?
We repair and maintain most major residential brands — Lennox, Rheem, American Standard, Bryant, and more. If we ever recommend a system swap, you choose from any of the four brands we install. We never lock you into one.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Florida-licensed (CAC1824740), EPA 608 certified, and fully insured. You'll see the tech's name before they arrive at your door.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
Yes — our Comfort Club is a monthly membership that includes two seasonal tune-ups, priority scheduling, 15% off all repairs, and zero after-hours surcharges. Members save more than $400 a year on average vs. non-members.
Do you service rental properties and second homes?
We work with absentee owners and property managers regularly. Give us gate codes or lockbox info when you call, and we'll coordinate access, document the work with timestamped photos, and email a detailed invoice to whoever's paying.
